A través de las actuaciones de rehabilitación que se han llevado a cabo, el objetivo primordial fue redescubrir el carácter de una arquitectura rural en el olvido. 

En su entorno próximo se encuentran restos de una calzada romana a unos 1,4 km, un puente medieval, un cruceiro gótico, uno de los más antiguos de Galicia, el Castro Lupario y el Camino Portugués, próximo ya a Santiago a 8 km. 

Con derecho a piscina comunitaria los meses de julio, agosto y septiembre.

Through the rehabilitation actions that have been carried out, the primary objective was to rediscover the character of a rural architecture in oblivion.
